If you are an NCMS Delegate and have not received your packet as of today, please contact Linda Carter, [email protected] or (919) 833-3836, ext. 135. The packets were mailed last Friday, October 16, to all registered delegates of the 2009 NCMS House of Delegates (HOD). Each packet contained a delegate card and a flash drive that holds all meeting information and necessary materials for HOD business. If you are unable to access your flash drive, please contact Ms. Carter.
In addition, all materials for the delegates are online and can be accessed in the members-only portion of the website. If you need assistance creating a web account or obtaining your username or password, contact Kristen Shipherd, [email protected]. If you can’t make it to the Annual Meeting, yoou can still comment on proposed Reports and Resolutions that will be presented to the House of Delegates. Review the documents online now!
