Medical Mutual Insurance Company’s issuer credit rating outlook has been revised from stable to positive by A.M. Best Co., which also affirmed Medical Mutual’s “A” (excellent) financial strength rating.  The rating actions reflect Medical Mutual’s excellent balance sheet capitalization, long-term favorable operating performance, its leadership position in its core markets, the company’s history of underwriting performance, historically favorable reserve development and its dedication to loss prevention.
