Applications for Mongan Commonwealth Fellowship in Minority Health Policy Now Being Accepted

The Mongan Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Minority Health Policy is a one-year, full-time, academic degree-granting program designed to create physician leaders who will pursue careers in health policy, public service, and academia. The program incorporates the critical skills taught in schools of public health, government, business, and medicine with leadership forums and seminar series conducted by Harvard senior faculty and nationally recognized leaders in health care delivery systems and public policy. 

Those who have shown evidence of leadership and leadership potential; have experience or interest in addressing and improving the health needs of minority, disadvantaged and vulnerable populations; and intend to pursue a career in health policy, health care delivery system leadership, or academia, and have completed residency and are either Board Eligible or Board Certified in the United States are encouraged to apply.

The application deadline for the 2013-2014 Fellowship is December 15, 2012.
