The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) Foundation recently announced the new Health of Vulnerable Populations (HVP) Equipment and Training Grant cycle is now open. The equipment and training grants are awarded one time, once per year and focus on projects that increase the capacity or scope of service of safety net providers. Grants will be prioritized to support safety net clinics with a focus on rural health centers, community health centers, public health departments and charitable safety net clinics.
