Roundtable discussions have been occurring monthly throughout the summer with the goal of taking a look at the history of physician payments under Medicare, including the SGR, as well as lessons that can be learned from the private sector in repairing such a broken methodology.
In September the NCMS staff is going on the road to give special legislative and elections briefings to all PAC donors. During these meetings, we will review Political Action Committee (PAC) giving history, relationship building with legislators, and legislative advocacy.
