In September the NCMS staff is going on the road to give special legislative and elections briefings to all PAC donors. During these meetings, we will review Political Action Committee (PAC) giving history, relationship building with legislators, and legislative advocacy. Designed to be intimate, these briefings will take a look into specific races in your area, in addition to statewide races. The goal is for PAC donors to be fully aware of how their money is spent and why.

The briefings will take place in Wake, Mecklenburg, Buncombe, Forsyth, and Craven counties.  More detailed event information will be sent out via email invitation in the coming weeks.

Only PAC donors will be invited to participate in these meetings.  If you are interested in local or statewide elections, healthcare-specific legislative issues, or how political action committees generally operate, please make a contribution to the NCMS PAC and come to one of these events.
