T.E.A.M — Tackling Evaluation and Management with Palmetto GBA The June and July 2013 Evaluation and Management events are now available. Evaluation and Management (E/M) services are a ‘key component’ to every practice. Understanding the principles and guidelines are essential to ensure that each service is documented and coded correctly. Palmetto GBA is presenting a free E/M workshop series. This workshop series is designed for anyone billing E/M services and will expand participant’s knowledge on billing E/M services to Medicare. For information click here

What Every Primary Care Provider Should Know About Lung Cancer webinar, offered by Wake AHEC, and available on-line until June 30, 2013. This webinar will discuss the National Comprehensive Cancer Network’s new guidelines for lung cancer screening for high risk patients, and examine current evidence based practices in diagnosing lung cancer.
