The deadline for reserving a hotel room in the NCMS block for the Annual Meeting is September 21, 2010, and people interested in attending this year’s meeting need to be sure to make their arrangements soon. There is a convention that is also meeting in Winston-Salem during Annual Meeting weekend, and rooms will be hard to find if you wait until after the 21st.
Attendees have a choice of staying at either the Marriott or Embassy Suites in downtown Winston-Salem:
Winston-Salem, North Carolina 27101. Room rates start at $146 a night plus tax. Reserve your room online or call 1-800-228-9290 (be sure to mention that you are attending the NCMS Annual Meeting).
Winston-Salem, NC 27101. Room rates are $156 a night plus tax. Reserve your room online or contact the hotel directly at 336-724-2300 (again, mention that you will be an attendee at the NCMS Annual Meeting to get the special room rate).
