Independent assessment of personal care services (PCS) recipients, and the new clinical coverage policy #3C for PCS and PCS-Plus, were implemented April 1, 2010. The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence (CCME) will host a webinar on May 26, 2010 for PCS providers and for physicians and other practitioners who refer Medicaid recipients for PCS.
