As reported in the Bulletin, the North Carolina Medicaid Incentive Payment (NC-MIPS) Portal is set to go live Monday, July 23, 2012 for Adopt, Implement and Upgrade (AIU) attestation. In addition to attesting for an AIU incentive payment, health care professionals also can view their attestation status via the NC-MIPS Portal. The portal will go live for Meaningful Use (MU) attestation on Monday, August 20, 2012. If you have received a 2011 AUI incentive payment, the earliest to attest for a Year 2 Meaningful Use incentive payment will be August 20.

Note: The last day to submit AIU incentive payments via an electronic template was yesterday, July 19, 2012.
