Beginning February 15, 2011, providers who have received notification of a successful registration from the State of North Carolina may utilize NC-MIPS to attest to the accuracy of the data entered through NC Tracks in order to complete the Medicaid process. The State will review applications, determine eligibility and communicate the decision. The processing for payments to qualifying providers will begin on April 1, 2011, as will the appeals and audit processes.
