The 10th Annual North Carolina Alliance for Healthy Communities Conference will focus on the Patient Centered Medical Home and the Impact on North Carolina. The daylong conference will be held Thursday, October 7, 2010, 8:30 am – 3:00 pm, at the Grandover Resort and Conference Center in Greensboro. Keynote speaker will be Warren P. Newton, MD, MPH, Executive Associate Dean for Education at the UNC School of Medicine. The conference will highlight best practices and solutions for improving quality of care.
