The North Carolina Center for Hospital Quality and Patient Safety (NC Quality Center) will host a workshop on Just Culture, a value-supportive model of shared accountability that offers tools to manage the risks associated with health care. The workshop, scheduled for Tuesday, August 7, 2012, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, at the North Carolina Hospital Center in Cary, assists healthcare facilities with establishing a culture that promotes and enforces safety.

Through coaching and mentoring, the workshop will teach participants how to identify and investigate patient risk and provide examples of patient safety.
