New Tool Helps With Meaningful Use Attestation

CMS has launched a new attestation resource for the Medicare Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program. The Meaningful Use Attestation Calculator can help you determine if you have met all the objectives and their associated measures for meaningful use before you complete the actual attestation process. Keep in mind that the tool does not calculate Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs), which are reported directly from a certified EHR and need to be entered in the web-based attestation program in order for you to receive an incentive payment.
