Poll Shows Americans Support Medical Liability Reform Legislation

A poll conducted by Harris Interactive on behalf of the Health Coalition on Liability and Access (HCLA) found fifty-eight percent of Americans surveyed want Congress to support comprehensive medical liability reform.  Seventy-one percent of those surveyed believe their access to affordable, high-quality health care is threatened by medical liability costs that are causing good doctors to leave medicine.
