NCMS Foundation practice management consultants Terri Gonzalez and Franklin Walker presented at this essential course for participants in the NCMS Foundation’s Community Practitioner Program (CPP) and others at the NC Academy of Family Physician’s Winter Meeting last week in Asheville. The team of presenters covered five subject areas key to managing a successful practice in today’s healthcare environment: financial management and oversight; marketing and social media; meaningful use and quality measures; LEAN healthcare and Accountable Care Organizations.
