North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS) 2014 Leadership College scholar Kunal Mitra, MD, MBA, is trying to find out what motivates residents and fellows to join their specialty and regional medical societies. He has put together a short survey  that will take less than five minutes to complete.  Take the survey by September 15 and you may be one of two lucky winners of a random drawing for a $25 Starbucks gift card.

Dr. Mitra  hopes the results will allow NCMS to better collaborate with other societies in offering unique resources and professional development opportunities to residents.
