The State Health Plan (SHP) has announced that beginning January 3, 2011, Restatis® (cyclosporine ophthalmic emulsion) will be moved to the $55 copay tier—from the current $35 copay tier—and will require a coverage review. The Plan says the change will help to ensure appropriate use of the medication and help to maintain an affordable prescription drug benefit.
