CareChex, a division of South Carolina-based The Delta Group, this week released a study of health care quality among hospitals. North Carolina came in 14th for overall quality of care and eighth in customer satisfaction. Triangle area hospitals were ranked 42nd for overall care among the nation’s 50 largest hospitals. Charlotte area hospitals ranked 10th.
