Pediatrics will be deeply affected. For the past 2 years we have been paid up to Medicare payments. We now face a 28+% reduction in Medicaid rates to those rates paid in 2002 LESS another 4%! So they are rolling our fees back 12 years and taking another 4% just because they can! I guess the state would rather no one takes care of Medicaid patients….
