UNC Study Evaluating Medicaid Lock-In Program Seeks Provider Input

The University of North Carolina’s Injury Prevention Research Center (IPRC) is conducting an evaluation of the NC Medicaid Lock-In program (MLIP). IPRC asserts that an assessment of this program is critical to understanding whether this policy is having the desired effect of reducing costs and improving patient care.

UNC IPRC is recruiting providers who have cared for “Locked In” Medicaid patients to participate in this important study. You may qualify, if you:

  • Are currently a licensed medical provider practicing in NC
  • Accept Medicaid billing
  • Have patients or clients currently or previously enrolled in the NC MLIP

Providers who complete the phone interview will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift certificate.
