The 2012 Assembly for North Carolina/South Carolina Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery will be held Friday-Sunday, August 3-5, 2012, at Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa, Asheville, NC. This continuing medical education activity is sponsored by the North Carolina Society of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (NC OHNS) and Wake Area Health Education Center (Wake AHEC). The assembly will provide otolaryngologists and residents in training with practical, case-based knowledge and skills including:

- Image modalities and management of more extensive thyroid cancer;

The Carolinas Chapter of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists 2012 Annual Meeting will be held Friday-Sunday, August 24-26, 2012, at the Marriott Resort and Spa, Hilton Head Island, SC.
