The NCMS and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, to discuss Accountable Care Organizations, bundled payments, and how these elements will impact health exchanges and value-based purchasing.

Nationally-renowned speaker William J. DeMarco, president of Pendulum Healthcare Development Corporation, will lead the webinar. Mr. DeMarco has assisted several physician-owned ACOs in North Carolina, among other states, in obtaining CMS application approval, capital formation and operations. Currently, Mr. DeMarco is working with medical societies across the nation to help individual physicians move toward value-driven, patient-centered care.
