This question was posed to Bob Seligson representing the NCMS. Seligson responded that reform is being implemented as we speak. Tomorrow marks the 6 month mark since reform was passed on March 23, 2010 and several changes are coming. Insurers are preparing for open enrollment now. It is critical for consumers to go to their employers or benefits office and understand what coverage they have and how those plans may be changing.
