Janelle A. Rhyne, MD, of Wilmington is Chair-Elect of the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB). She was elected at the FSMB’s Annual Meeting in Chicago last weekend. An internist and infectious disease specialist, Dr. Rhyne is Past President of the North Carolina Medical Board and practices at  the New Hanover County Health Department.
