Attestation for Meaningful Use under Medicare got underway a few weeks ago. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have implemented a list of Medicare providers who have attested to meaningful use and already have received payments.
Click here to view the CMS list of physicians and other Medicare providers. Several North Carolina practices are on the current list, which is updated monthly. NCMS will continue to follow development of electronic health records in physician practices and meaningful use. Be watching for updates in future Bulletins and at www.ncmedsoc.org.
