The Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) requirements for 2014 require reporting for the entire 12 months.  Most EHR systems will be able to generate the needed reports, but practices should inquire now as to the availability of the PQRS reporting by their EHR Vendor for 2014 in order to avoid any penalties in the future.
