Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina has launched HealthNAV mobile app, designed to provide customers with iPhone, iPad or iPod touch access to important health information when they need it.  Included is an urgent care finder that locates in-network facilities, a prescription drug finder that provides information about low-cost drug alternatives, health notes for organizing data and one-click access to customer service.
