Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina this week announced the appointment of Lisa Cade as vice president of Network Management, effective October 18, 2010.  For the past four years, Cade has served as vice president of Federal Programs.  She has over twenty years experience in health insurance, with extensive background in managing provider relationships and networks in North Carolina. She replaces Milo Brunick who served as vice president of Network Management since 2000.
