The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Office of E-Health Standards and Services (OESS) announced yesterday that the extension for implementing Version 5010 transaction standards, which was set to end April 1, 2012, will be extended for an additional three months, until June 30, 2012.
The NCMS recently assisted Pediatric Partners of Raleigh in becoming a level three Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), the highest recognition standard for 2011 released by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
The NCMS Leadership College Class of 2012 met Saturday, January 28, 2012, for their Winter Session, which is an interactive one-day workshop to introduce Scholars to the the principles of leadership in healthcare.
