“Doctors on Call” Program Helps 180 Greenville Area Residents in Just Two Hours

IMG_20140910_172451_552Seventeen doctors and one health insurance expert spent two busy hours from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 10, fielding calls from WITN viewers in the Greenville area, who called the station with their health questions. This annual community service event sponsored by the North Carolina Medical Society along with the Pitt County Medical Society (PCMS) is popular, and over 180 people phoned in with their medical questions.
