Flu Cases Continue To Be “Widespread” in NC

The latest weekly influenza surveillance summary (2-24-11) shows influenza remains widespread in North Carolina, although decreases were shown in the percentage of outpatient visits and emergency department visits due to ILI in the weekly period ending February 19, 2011.
