Leah M. Devlin, DDS, MPH, has been appointed as a Gillings Visiting Professor at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health in Chapel Hill. Her appointment is in the Department of Health Policy and Management. Dr. Devlin served as State Health Director for eight years before stepping down in February, 2009. Her new position will include promoting how the school serves North Carolina and working to strengthen relationships between the school and the practice community.
