At my first stop with the DOCMS Media Day tour, learning more about Senior PharmAssist and the wonderful work they do for Durham’s seniors.  Over 1200 residents benefitted from their help reconciling a long medication list with the realities of day-to-day life.  What a fantastic community partner! -CDR
