North Carolina Medicaid released an e-mail alert stating that the following tools and functions will be unavailable due to maintenance scheduled for tomorrow, June 23, 2012, from 9:00 pm – 12:00 am:

• NCECS Web Tool
• Automated Voice Response (AVR) System
• Secure FTP claims submissions
• Pharmacy POS claims submissions
• Dial-up Modem access
