Last Friday, September 21, 2012, postcards were sent on behalf of DMA’s North Carolina Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program to healthcare professionals who are potentially eligible for the incentive program and who are not already participating in the program. By notifying those professionals, Medicaid hopes to bring more awareness to the EHR program and its benefits.

Physicians and other medical professionals who have received the post card should refer to the website, phone number, and/or email address provided on the card to address any questions or concerns regarding the EHR program. DMA is committed to helping the medical community understand and implement EHRs.
