The NC Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) recently issued a statement following talks with the NCMS and other provider representatives about concerns over the new Medicaid provider agreement, which was sent to all NC physicians and many other classes of providers. The agreement was part of the verification package sent out by CSC as part of its process to verify provider information.
