Miller, CEO of the NC HIE, will share the goals and strategies of the NC HIE and will discuss how a statewide HIE:
- Facilitates the critical access, exchange and analysis of information across medical communities;
- Enables improved medical decision making, better coordination of care and improved health outcomes; and
- Controls health care costs.
