The 11th Annual North Carolina Alliance for Healthy Communities (NCAHC) Conference will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2011, 8:30 am – 1:30pm, at the Embassy Suites in Cary. This year’s theme is Addressing Medication Adherence and Beyond. The NCMS and its Foundation are members of the NCAHC.
Participants will learn more about local and national campaigns, new adherence data for North Carolinians and successful implementations integrating multiple approaches to address medication taking behaviors. The program will include presentations, a panel discussion and the presentation of the Eagle Award, NCAHC’s award to an individual or organization that has positively impacted health care outcomes in our communities.
