Terri Gonzalez, Director of Practice Improvement for the North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS), has received certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Certified Content Expert.

In order to be eligible for the certification testing, Terri assisted several practices and has successfully met level 3 recognition on first submission. By achieving this credential Terri has demonstrated that she is aligned with NCQA’s mission to improve the quality of health care and shown an in-depth knowledge of the requirements, the application process and the documentation required for PCMH Recognition.
