At least ten more physicians are needed to answer calls from viewers in the 2010 WITN-TV Doctors-on-Call program, Wednesday, April 21, 2010, 12:00 noon – 6:00pm, in Greenville. Thus far, thirty-one physicians have volunteered for this community outreach, which promotes access by allowing viewers to talk with a physician at no charge. The more physicians that are available, the more calls that can be taken. The program will originate from the WITN-TV studio in Greenville.
