The 2009 Annual Meeting will take place starting this Friday, October 30-November 1, 2009, at the Raleigh Marriott City Center Hotel, Raleigh, NC.

This year’s meeting spans Halloween weekend, making the meeting’s theme of “Succeeding in Frightening Times” even more appropriate. Because the meeting falls on Halloween, the Medical Society has planned several family-friendly events, including a chance for the children to trick-or-treat in the hotel on Halloween night, as well as a designated kids’ suite where children aged 3-15 are welcome to enjoy plenty of food, Wii games, and movies while their parents enjoy the Inaugural Reception.
