Item 4. line 8 needs to be strengthened.  I have practiced at a hospital that provided no patient care assistant on Sundays to aid in transferring and positioning patients in the operating room.  The original Resolution 13-2007 was much stronger in its wording concerning the Operating Room requirements.  Please substitute the original language on lines 26-30 but also add  “provision of an individual to assist with transfer and positioning of patients in the Operating Room,”  Please insert after scrub nurse on line 28.
