RWJF Community Grants Program Seeks Proposals on Addressing Factors that Influence Health

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is offering a new community grants program called Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health (MATCH) to help spark action in communities to address the many factors that influence health. Deadline for applications is 3:00 pm April 27, 2011. Up to 14 grants will be awarded.

The first round of the Community Grants program is open to communities that are ready to take action to address the social and economic factors that affect health and have a significant impact on health outcomes, but are often ignored in community health improvement activities.
