Providing Accountable Care: The Train Is Leaving the Station, a webinar for physicians by physicians.

This 45-minute webinar will provide a brief overview of what is meant by accountable care and how NC physicians can build on existing frameworks in NC to lead and succeed in a transitioning health care delivery system. Steven Wegner, MD, chair of the NCMS Accountable Care Task Force, is partnering  with Brody School of Medicine Dean Paul Cunningham, MD, who also serves on the NCMS Accountable Care Task Force, to present this informative webinar to introduce the issues, explain what work needs to be accomplished in joining the primary care physicians with the specialists, answer questions, and receive feedback regarding future information sessions.
