White Coat Wednesdays Are Back!

NCMS board members at WCWWith the start of the new legislative session next Wednesday, another annual event takes place: the return of White Coat Wednesdays. These legislative advocacy days occur weekly during the session, bringing physicians, PAs and students from across the state to Raleigh to learn more about the important health care issues that will be coming up in the General Assembly and to meet with legislators to share their perspectives.

Below is a list of the upcoming White Coat Wednesdays and the organizations that plan to attend:

May 28: Western Carolina Medical Society

June 4: NCMS Leadership College, NC Orthopaedic Association, NC Pediatric Society, NC Psychiatric Association, NC Society of Pathologists, NC Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

June 11: Available

June 18: NC Medical Group Managers, NC Pediatric Society

June 25: Greater Greensboro Medical Society, High Point Medical Society

Any NCMS member is welcome to attend the White Coat Wednesday of their choosing.
